To ring in the New Year, jumpstart the agency’s strategic growth plans in 2011 and because, let’s face it, Tom and Frank are getting old, On Ideas is thrilled to announce the promotions of Denise Graham and Katie Olecki to Co-Directors of the agency’s Client Services department.
Denise and Katie will lead the agency’s account management and new business teams, in addition to serving as department heads.
Specifically, Denise will lead Veolia Environmental Services, Catlin, Halifax Health, Advanced BioHealing and Copper Mountain. Katie will oversee the First Federal, Winn-Dixie and Second Harvest accounts.
Prior to their promotions, both Denise and Katie had toiled in the trenches as management supervisors since the agency’s inception five years ago. Their new titles come complete with the brand spanking same old offices they’ve been sitting in for five years, although Denise did rotate her desk recently.
